I met with the office manager briefly, to discuss passing back and forth referrals, and from what I could tell in my short time in the office, they were a well put together company, confident in what they were doing, with many workers around the shop area, getting ready to ship jobs out. A gentleman, who I assume was the owner, sat in a chair and supervised me and his managers interaction, without saying a word only evaluating, to relay direction after I had gone, this calm demeanor shows trust in his staffs ability to perform their duties, wisdom, and competence. I would assume, since they are a commercial company, they don’t NEED a good rating on Google, as they have work through people that don’t care about that sort of thing. Yet, I felt like I wanted to boost their rating regardless, as it is an important factor to me in the residential industry, and a great way to give an honest opinion, show some appreciation to them, and help get my name out there.
They look after their customers.
